This is an announcement to all SAGUNTO-UK ASSOCIATION members....

There will be a general meeting and election of new officers for 2008-2009 term of office on Saturday,26th May 2007 at 6pm until 10pm,St Andrews Church Hall,Short Street,London SE1 8LJ

AGENDA:

1.) 30th Anniversary of the Association (Mr Cris Omaoeng to make oral remark on the history and achievements of the association since its inception in May 1977)

2.) Clearing up session. (Members are invited to ask the Panel Board questionson issues they wish to clarify concerning the association. This session is limited to 25 minutes.)

3.) Election of new officers.(To receive nominations and elect new officers of 2008-2009 by secret ballot.Nominators should cite support to the nominees.)

4.) Date of next meeting and fundraising event.(Time permitting)(To note the dates for the next meeting and fund raising event.

*Potluck.If you are able to,please bring some food and drinks to share with.
