These photos were taken during Cordillera Day 2007 by our Japan representative, Emz. Photos of the gansa (gongs) they used may be similar to those that the Bago Tribal Council is requesting help with.
The event was hosted by an organization from Abra.

Emily and Family had a great day when they attended the Cordillera day in Japan and unluckily she was the photographer or videographer that is why you can't see her w/ the tadek but amazing Jay was enjoying he joined the Abra folks tinggians in their dance and we can figure it out now why our Tribu needs dozen of gongs. halla bira tadek latta!

It's nice to see Cordi Day in Japan pictures. Mukhang magaling sumayaw mga kababayan natin diyan ano? Yung nagbigay ng sermon (if you are referring to the one in the last picture) is Bishop Dixie Taclobao of the Episcopal/Anglican Church.
